T’ai Chi Chih Movements – Feelng the Chi

This series of “T’ai Chi Chih – Feeling the ‘Chi’” videos is intended for people who already have a basic understanding of the T’ai Chi Chih movements and are eager to go deeper into the T’ai Chi Chih form. Through developing an embodied feeling-awareness in each movement, we experience more exquisitely the nuances that lead us to what it is we are learning we ARE through the flow of the body’s natural energy or Chi. As we feel with greater sensitivity the roundness, the moments of inner and outer release, the substance between the palms known as “Polarity,” as we flow with greater attunement through “very heavy air,”  the enhanced awareness and subsequent increased flow of the Chi calls us home. We are able to activate, circulate, and balance this intrinsic energy more fully and delightfully thus truly experiencing "Joy Thru Movement.”
