It is a great privilege to teach and share T’ai Chi Chih, Seijaku and the meditation practices I learned from Justin Stone, the originator of T’ai Chih Chih, in class, workshop and retreat format. Time spent together exploring and sinking into essence with eager and open participants encourages a cultivation and connection within and among practitioners that can be deeply nourishing, healing and motivating.
