It is a great privilege to teach and share T’ai Chi Chih, Seijaku and the meditation practices I learned from Justin Stone, the originator of T’ai Chih Chih, in workshop and retreat format. Time spent together exploring and sinking into essence with eager and open participants encourages a cultivation and connection within and among practitioners that can be deeply nourishing, healing and motivating.

Sundays, 9:00-10:30 AM, April 14 – June 9, 2024 
(no class May 26 – Memorial Day Weekend)
Open to all students who have taken a Beginner’s class (or are familiar with the full TCC 19 movement 1 pose form) and are eager to go deeper.
Required Texts: Spiritual Odyssey by Justin Stone and the TCC – Joy Thru Movement Photo Text by Justin Stone. (Texts may be purchased from the T’ai Chi Chih Center on the first day of class)

  • November 29, 2020: Softness – Letting Go (Online Zoom). Delve into the mystery of the wrists coupled with the aspect of inner surrender, two interrelated elements essential to enhanced energy flow in the TCC movements.

  • November 15, 2020: Circular Stillness – Transitions (Online Zoom). Attend with heightened awareness to transitional moments within each TCC movement. In this way, we learn, as Justin Stone often said, “To commune with the ‘chi.’”
